Deccan Chargers - Whats wrong???

Its Public now... Deccan Chargers dont perform when needed.
Why does gilly's team loose focus and cant they look at the numbers...? do they lack arithmetic?
Today's match - DC was short by 13 runs and these could have been the ones which if the batsmen who were not able to hit the maximums, tried to get singles on it.. Understand a point team - Singles,Run-outs and maximum win 20-20.
DC is equipped with the best batsmen and fielders though not many in the kitty of bowlers group so why not balance it with the better batting tactics.
Ravi teja - tried to prove himself hero and was hitting in air and accounted few many dot balls.
Dsmith - 25 req from 20 balls, but Smith is to prove himself a hero again and tries to hit it across and ends in offstump
POjha - Get yourself out in Test matches then, bowling ONLY will not make sense, its international cricket, you had a year to atleast try the runs and get yourself in double digits.

Gilly - You are the Man... Symonds - Nobody can beat you... Venu - You gottu be the best all time man, unless you wanna see yourself out of the team.

I am really disappointed with the performance of this team today. I did not look for winning the match in the begining, as the DD team have put up a mass of scores on table for DC. but when Gilly and Symonds, did their share of work to get the DC closer; the whole team did not dare to stand over DareDevils... 7 wickets for 17 runs... How Pathetic!!!

Wake up guys!!

Having said this, still DC has the potential and scope to take this forward - Condition is - the team wants it or not?
